The glass is mounted to the stainless steel plate with high-grade adhesive or hooks (not included), depending on the weight of the glass. This same way Bullseye Glass, Richard La Londe, and I recommend, and I have done for over 20 years. It comes with complete, easy-to-follow instructions.
